Nutrient - Spirulina

Spirulina are minute, blue-green algae, which grow in warm, fresh waters. Once a staple food for the Aztecs, spirulina is a good source of vitamins – especially B12 - minerals, carotenoids, essential fatty acids and chlorophyll. It is rich in protein and easily digested. Spirulina helps balance healthy appetite, and supports healthy digestive function, circulation, liver and heart.
