Nutrient - Relaxing nutrients

Relaxing nutrients is a blend of vitamins, amino acids and magnesium that work together to support the brain and nervous system, especially during periods of heightened stress.

Includes B vitamins, taurine, theanine, and passionflower.

L-theanine is present in green tea, and may help to support the production of alpha-brain waves, which in turn may result in a feeling of relaxation.

Passion flower may have a calming effect on the nervous system.

The other nutrients may help to support basic nervous system function.
