Nutrient - Malic Acid

By Nutri People

Malic acid is sometimes called fruit acid because it is found in fruit, especially apples. It also exists in plants and animals, including humans. When taken with magnesium, malic acid helps support muscle health.

It helps calcium gluconate and magnesium gluconate transform to their highly bio-available malate forms.

It also balances the acid-alkaline level of liquids and emulsions (mixture of oily and watery ingredients).
