Nutrient - Flax Seed Oil

Also known as linseed oil, flax seed oil is rich in omega 3 fatty acids, especially alpha-linolenic essential fatty acid.

Flax seed oil also contains omega 6 fatty acids, especially linoleic essential fatty acid; some GLA; and oleic acid, an omega 9 fatty acid. Nutty-tasting flax seed oil is cholesterol-free and naturally contains antioxidant vitamins A and E and mixed carotenoids.
